At Mill Farm, you can source all you need for your perfect culinary Christmas – locally. From the main feature to the trimmings, the fruit and veg, pickles and cheese, stuffing and sauces. We have all the ingredients to make your Christmas one to remember.
We can supply all your festive culinary needs. Delicious ribs of beef, whole rolled topside or gammon joints. Award winning turkeys, ducks, geese and guinea fowl produced at Hyden Farm in Hampshire. Locally shot pheasants, partridge and venison are also available, alongside Christmas cakes, puddings, cheeses, and many other delicacies.
All the Beef, lamb and Pork is produced from animals born and raised on our farm.
Our Pedigree South Devon and Aberdeen Angus beef animals produce delicious beef which is hung for a minimum of 28 days to ensure exquisite tenderness and taste.
The pork is produced from our herd of Hampshire and other traditional breed pigs – which are born and reared outdoors for most of their lives. Being a traditional breed, this means not only does it taste fantastic but also produces just the best crackling! Our award-winning bacon and gammons are dry cured traditionally, using our own recipe. A wide selection of sausages is also available, both traditional and gluten free pork sausages, chipolatas and sausage meat.
Our Pasture Fed lamb (accredited by the Pasture Fed Livestock Association) is produced from our flock of Black Welsh Mountain sheep. Reared entirely from grass and other forages, our sheep graze all year round, producing delicious, succulent and healthy lamb.
As well as our meat we stock a wide variety of fruit and vegetables, locally sourced where possible. You will also find Hampshire honey, cheese, apple juice and ice cream as well as a wide variety of condiments essential to top off the Christmas dinner.
